A 12-month Limited Warranty will be honoured from the date of delivery, provided the following guidelines are adhered to

• Ensure only High-quality Distilled Water [>0 TDS] is used in your Machine
• DO NOT attempt to Disassemble, Repair or Modify your Machine
• DO NOT place your fingers or other foreign objects into the Water Tank as sweat, dust & other particles may render your Machine defunct
• DO NOT place objects into the Cooling Ports or Air Vents
• Do NOT submerge your Machine in water or expose to outdoor elements
• DO NOT allow children to operate the Machine unsupervised
• When not in use, ensure your Machine is in its protective Dust Cover in its carrycase to ensure the Cooling Ports & Air Vents remain free of dust particles, foreign objects and/or debris

This excludes the return of the product to the manufacturer.

Terms & Conditions for Limited Warranty

• Deliberate damage to outer casing, and/or accessories caused by inappropriate water used
• Damage caused by dropping, dismantling and/or modification
• Force majeure: Damages caused by Natural Disasters ie Fire, Lightning, Power Surges, Hurricane, Tornado, Floods or Earthquakes

Warranty Extension

A Warranty Extension of 24 months is available for purchase on our website when processing your transaction.  The same T’s and C’s apply.
