When refrigerated or stored in a cool place, hydrogenated water retains its alkaline properties for 7-10 days. It reaches its peak freshness within the first 48-72 hours. However, the antioxidant properties begin to diminish after 18-24 hours.
There are a couple of reasons for this decision.
The most important being the quality of the water going into the 500ml Bottle is of paramount importance! It’s like the old saying “Garbage in, Garbage out!” In other words, putting municipal tap water or bottled mineral water (Low quality/High TDS) containing 18-24000 dioxins, zeno-oestrogens & estrodials & many other carcinogens, serves only to deliver those proven contaminants directly into your cells even faster in the presence of Hydrogen!
We recommend individuals drink between 1-3L of Hydrogen-infused water daily. Although Studies show that drinking 1 glass a day for 6 months improves health significantly.

To infuse good quality drinking water with H2, we recommend you run the active H2 through the water-stalk for 30-45seconds for a 250ml glass, and 2-3minutes for a 1L glass bottle

A 12-month Limited Warranty will be honoured from the date of delivery, provided the following guidelines are adhered to
- Ensure only High-quality Distilled Water [>0 TDS] is used in your Machine
- DO NOT attempt to Disassemble, Repair or Modify your Machine
- DO NOT place your fingers or other foreign objects into the Water Tank as sweat, dust & other particles may render your Machine defunct
- DO NOT place objects into the Cooling Ports or Air Vents
- Do NOT submerge your Machine in water or expose to outdoor elements
- DO NOT allow children to operate the Machine unsupervised
- When not in use, ensure your Machine is in its protective Dust Cover in its carrycase to ensure the Cooling Ports & Air Vents remain free of dust particles, foreign objects and/or debris
This excludes the return of the product to the manufacturer.
Terms & Conditions for Limited Warranty
- Deliberate damage to outer casing, and/or accessories caused by inappropriate water used
- Damage caused by dropping, dismantling and/or modification
- Force majeure: Damages caused by Natural Disasters ie Fire, Lightning, Power Surges, Hurricane, Tornado, Floods or Earthquakes

Yes, Hydrogen-Infused Water may be re-infused.
Hydrogen-infused Water can retain its molecules for several hours if sealed in a glass, airtight vessel to the brim.
For adult females, we recommend starting with one-hour with half-an-hourly increments of Molecular Hydrogen every few days; while adult males usually begin with two-hours & hourly increments. Some adults love to sleep with the nasal cannula in overnight!
For children 3-10 years old start with 30 minutes at a time; while 15 minutes is usually sufficient for babies & toddlers.
The recommended daily water intake is between one and three litres. We recommend that you drink only hydrogen water, although anything more than one glass a day will be highly beneficial for regulating your oxidation level.
